Letters from Santa, in his own words.

What arrives from the North Pole

  • A reply to their letter

Santa answers what they wrote: the list, the questions, the dog's name.

  • Sealed in red wax

They break the seal themselves, like the one above.

  • In Santa's voice

He can read his letter aloud, so even the youngest can hear it.

  • Kept forever

Every letter stays in their post box, to read again next Christmas.

How the Magical Post Office works

  1. They write

By voice or by typing, from your lap or on their own.

  2. A fairy collects it

Every letter reaches the post office. You're the first to know.

  3. The answer arrives

Before they wake, sealed in red wax and waiting in their post box.

Why we charge

To keep the magic going.

We'd love for this to be free. But free sites run on ads or on your family's data, and we won't do either. Free sites also tend to quietly shut down, and a post office isn't much use if it closes before your kid stops losing teeth.

So we charge a small amount, about what a few stamps cost each month. That money goes back into the post office: keeping it running and private, paying for the voicemails, and making new characters, art and keepsake books. We're not chasing scale. We just want the post office to still be open when your youngest loses their last tooth.

The free tier stays generous, so every family can feel the magic before paying a cent.
